This vertical expander is designed to expand fin type heat exchangers. It can finish the persedures of expanding, flaring and folding edge in one cycle. For Models VE 1000, VE1200, the oil cylinder is placed on the top of expanding bar, which is mainly used to the mass production of family air conditioners. For Models VE1600, VE2000 and VE2500, the oil cylinder is placed inside the machine body. To lower the height of the machine, the expanding power is designed to be transferred by transferring rack, which is normal used to expand central air conditioners.  |
